Only a few more weeks and it will finally be SPRING friends! And thank goodness. Every year once February is over I become done with Winter and ready for all of the rain the longer days, the warmer weather and Spring produce.

But this month isn’t completely barren of fruits and vegetables. We’ve got artichokes, avocado, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, chives and scallions, citrus fruits, spinach and other greens, mushrooms, parsnips, peas and sweet potatoes!
